Delivery & Returns



We only post to the UK and Nothern Ireland

We aim to despatch most orders within three working days of receipt via Royal Mail 2nd Class (1-3 working days) - with an option to upgrade to 1st Class (1-2 working days) during the checkout process. Occasionally, we may post by Recorded Delivery but it will be at no extra cost to you

We are an on-line business so we are unable to accept personal callers



If for any reason you are not happy with your order and wish to return all or part of it, you can return it back to us for a replacement or refund within 14 days from the date of receipt. Please complete our Returns Form - before returning your order

NB: We are unable to accept the return of earrings due to current EU Hygiene Regulations

N0n-faulty goods:
You should return the goods within 14 days of receipt - you will be liable for the return postage costs. Please note returned items must be in a perfect unused/unopened condition
Faulty goods:
If you have received faulty/damaged goods - contact us as soon as possible after receipt of your order to arrange a replacement or refund. We will need you to send us a picture of the damaged item(s) by e-mail or return them to us before a refund is made

For all returns we strongly recommend that you obtain proof of posting
